Zooplus, the foremost online platform for pet supplies in Europe, has introduced Jonas Schultheiss as its Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the executive committee at Zooplus.
In his newly acquired position, Schultheiss will oversee various aspects, including digital marketing, marketing data, brand management, content creation, design, offline marketing, and CRM at Zooplus. Armed with a psychology degree from Durham University, he brings extensive experience in constructing and leading high-performing teams within the digital direct-to-consumer domain.
Before joining Zooplus, Schultheiss held prominent marketing roles at Delivery Hero, an online food supply platform based in Berlin. Subsequently, he made a move to Marley Spoon in 2014, a food subscription company, where he played a pivotal role in founding and steering the marketing department throughout his nine-year tenure. In 2017, he assumed the position of Chief Marketing Officer and later took on the added responsibility of Chief Product Officer.
