Pawprints Group, a Singapore-based company specializing in biologically appropriate and allergy-friendly pet foods, has announced a seed extension funding round. The company, founded by Jacqueline Sulistyo, uses alternative proteins like black soldier fly (BSF) to create sustainable and high-quality nutrition for pets with allergies. Led by Asia Fund X, with support from MSW Ventures and Pavilion Capital, this funding round follows a $1.7 million seed round in November 2023. Pawprints Group plans to use the funds to enhance product innovation and expand its market presence, with over 10 new SKUs expected by year’s end, capitalizing on Asia’s growing $47 billion pet industry
