Jesper Svarver has been appointed as the new Group CFO of natural colors producer Oterra, succeeding Hubi Windegger, who stepped down for personal reasons. Svarver brings over two decades of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and M&A, having previously served as CFO at Algicel and held leadership roles at Chr. Hansen, Unibio, and Falck. Oterra CEO Martin Sonntag emphasized that Svarver’s expertise in both private equity and publicly listed companies will support the company’s ongoing expansion. His experience in scaling businesses and navigating complex corporate structures positions him well for Oterra’s growth strategy.
