Oterra has named Hubert Windegger as its new Chief Financial Officer, taking over from Mads Dehlsen Winther, who held the position until recently. Winther, who joined Oterra in 2023 and served as interim CEO before Martin Sonntag‘s appointment this year, was instrumental in enhancing the company’s financial functions and guiding its transformations. With 14 years of financial and leadership experience, Windegger comes to Oterra from his previous role as CFO of ASK Chemicals and various private equities.
