Voff Premium Pet Food has disclosed its purchase of Carnibest, a Dutch producer of barf (bones and raw food) for dogs and cats, with established sales markets in the Netherlands and Belgium.
This acquisition marks the company’s second venture in the Netherlands, the first being Energique, and is the tenth acquisition since Voff’s inception in 2014. According to Voff’s official statement, “Following this acquisition, the former owner of Carnibest, Corine Bunschoten, has chosen to step away from the company and explore other prospects.”
