Today, United Petfood has released a letter of intent to take over Jonker Petfood, Waalwijk, Netherlands. This is the third acquisition of United Petfood in 2020 and contributes to the growth strategy of the group. They say :
The takeover of this Belgian family business’ 14th production facility is part of its planned growth strategy. It includes the acquisition of a third plant in the Netherlands that will further strengthen United Petfood’s position in the Dutch market.

Further to this, earlier this year, United Petfood already took over Effeffe site in Italy in January and the IAMS plant in Netherlands in March.
