2020 just started off and already now, United Petfood announces that they will be joined by Effeffe, Italian based private label petfood manufacturing plant. This fits into United Petfood plans to further strengthen its position on the international market. The Italian company Effeffe is employing 85 people and has a long experience in the private label pet food industry. The official press release says:
The takeover of the production site of Effeffe enables United Petfood to expand its business in the Italian market. The acquisition brings new growth opportunities and additional technological possibilities. The partnership also gives the group a strong base and continuity for all stakeholders.
