According to an announcement by international pet food manufacturer United Petfood, the company intends to purchase a stake in Lider Pet Food. The Turkish pet food manufacturer produces dry food for dogs, cats and other small animals for 15 years now and runs two modern factories in Turkey. Lider has established various own brands providing wet pet food too.
“The aim of this partnership is to exchange knowledge and grow together. Lider remains fully self-managed.”, stated United Petfood. “We see a perfect strategic and cultural fit between the two companies, and we believe United Petfood is the ideal partner in continuing our growth journey in Turkey and in our export markets”, added Lider Pet Food.
