Hill’s Pet Nutrition, the pet food section of Colgate-Palmolive‘s subsidiary, has assigned the American company H+K Strategies to improve the brand image.

Hill’s has commissioned the agency’s domicile in London to provide PR, social media and influencer for petprofessional and pet parents in Ireland and the UK.

Starting in spring, a new campaign ‘Be More Animal’ will push engagement and interest in social media. H+K aims to work on improving the exchange between vet professionals and pet owners so that pet parents develop a better understanding for their pets‘ health.

According to a recent announcement, Hill’s plans to transfer its global and US headquarters to Kansas intending to establish a centre in the Greater Kansas City area for further expansion. In order to give an incentive for removal, the Kansas Department of Commerce will provide $3 million ($2.8M) to the pet food producer pursuant to local media reports.

The step will be carried out in the fourth quarter of this year. However, Hill’s keep on placing in science, technology, and manufacturing centres in the headquarter in Topeka. There are even plans for a new new manufacturing unit in Tonganoxie in 2023.
