After celebrating great success with the brick-and-mortar launch at Sainsbury’s, Tails.com now announced another expansion with its retail partner: the pet food supplier will offer its products in more than 400 Sainsbury stores across the UK.
“We knew Tails.com’s advanced nutrition range had a clear USP, using the insight, and expertise from our award-winning subscription service to offer customers a new and innovative proposition in-store,” said Stephen Hann, retail director at Tails.com. “I’m excited to see the range in even more stores this Summer and looking forward to more feedback from our customers and their dogs.
“We’re getting great insights and feedback from our customers and their dogs on how to improve the experience with our advanced nutrition range moving forward,” Hann added.
Nourish & Protect, Tails.com’s first brick-and-mortar dog food range was offered in 108 Sainsbury’s stores. Customers of Tails.com pet food get provided with a digital service too, that features pet parents with personalized serving guidelines for their pets.
