According to a recent announcement of one of Europe’s leading pet food manufacturers Partner in Pet Food, the company agree with Kollmax Kft.’s owner and founder Mr. Tamás Hölbling on the acquisition of the pet snack company.

They plan to complete the deal by the end of August, if official approvals or contractual closing conditions aren’t opposed to it.

Kollmax was founded in 2005 in Pécs (Hungary) and has concentrated on the production of high quality pet food snacks in order to supply hypermarkets, discounters, supermarkets, specialized pet food retailers. The pet snack manufacturer perfectly fits into PPF strengthening its geographical presence, business expansion, and the development of new products.

The acquisition of Kollmax joins PPF’s latest acquisitions of Doggy in September 2020, Landini Giuntini in January 2021 and Mispol and Werblinski in 2022.

PPF’s CEO Gerald Kuehr comments the deal:
