On May 16, the Pet Industry Federation (PIF) announced 14 pet industry startups as finalists for its 2024 Innovation of the Year Award. These diverse companies, spanning products, services, and technologies, will showcase their innovations and meet with investors at PIF’s Business of Pets conference on June 5 and 6. The winner will be announced on June 8. The conference will feature educational presentations, workshops, panels, and networking opportunities focused on innovation, finance, and marketing. Nigel Baker, CEO of PIF, emphasized the high quality of submissions and the value the event offers to industry leaders.
