Panattoni, identified as a top developer for industrial and logistics properties in Europe, officially handed over a recently constructed logistics center to the Fressnapf Group on August 18th.
This contemporary facility offers an extensive operational space of roughly 47,500 square meters. It features both block storage facilities and a high-bay warehouse, jointly providing storage capacity for about 3,500 various products and approximately 23,000 pallets. This roomy environment is ideally suited for housing items such as cans, food bags, and pet treats.
Strategically positioned within the Treskow I commercial and industrial park, the center enjoys direct links to the town center and sits just a brief drive away from the A24 federal motorway, in proximity to the Berlin motorway ring. This favorable location places Fressnapf in a prime position to efficiently serve more than 400 stores spread across northern and eastern Germany, as well as in Poland and Scandinavia.
The unveiling of this facility saw the presence of local officials, Christian Kümmel, the managing director of the Fressnapf Group, and Fred-Markus Bohne, the managing partner of Panattoni Germany and Austria, alongside other representatives from Fressnapf and Panattoni.
