Noel Kim Takes Helm as Managing Director for Nutreco Asia

Scheduled to assume the role in January 2024, Noel Kim has been appointed Managing Director for Nutreco Asia.

Before his tenure with Nutreco, Kim served as Vice President for Evonik’s Animal Nutrition Asia Pacific business and accrued 15 years of experience at Cargill. Throughout his career, Kim led growth-oriented businesses, orchestrated strategic transformations, and managed acquisitions and post-merger integrations.

Expressing her satisfaction with Kim’s appointment, Therese Log Bergjord, CEO of Nutreco’s Skretting brand, stated, “I’m delighted that Noel is joining the Nutreco team at the helm of this important business unit. Noel brings a wealth of strategic business management and leadership experience to the team, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Asia region.”

Kim’s responsibilities at Nutreco will include overseeing the company’s animal nutrition and aquaculture businesses, Trouw Nutrition and Skretting. Based in Thailand, Kim will report to Bergjord and collaborate closely with David Blakemore, CEO of Trouw Nutrition.
