Claire Bayliss will transition to Executive Chair, while Nigel Wright will become Managing Director, and Ian Dowell will take over as Sales & Marketing Director starting January 1. This follows Kennelpak’s record-breaking sales year, the sale of its Pets & Friends retail business, and plans to relocate to new Nottinghamshire premises. The company’s product portfolio includes brands like Yakers, Duchess, and Breederpack.
