As successor of Oliver Garrecht, Joachim Lööb will assume the position as managing director of Hornbach Sweden at the end of the year. In August, Lööb will join the Hornbach team in Sweden where the DIY chain runs 8 combined stores and garden centres.
Joachim Lööb is born in Sweden and has held several managing positions at Volvo until 2011. In 2012, he came to Hornbach for the first time assuming the position as head of lean management and later programme manager for retailing. From 2018 to 2022, he was Sweden’s regional manager and then returned to Volvo. Now, he has decided to come back to Hornbach.
