The dog food producer Grove Pet Foods was acquired from the leading food producer Cranswick. Grove produces dry dog food under several labels and its own Vitalin and Alpha Feeds.
Cranswick aims to enter the UK pet food market. According to reports, John Walgate, current managing director of Grove Pet Foods, will remain in the company.
