Coveris, an international packaging specialist, has acquired P.P. D.K. Lamin in Bialystok, Poland. The takeover marks another strategic investment in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Coveris has established its first production facility in CEE 3 years ago. According to the company, D.K. Lamin will represent the hub for the company’s production in Eastern Europe together with Coveris Pirtó in Hungary.
D.K. Lamin was founded in 1990 and became a profitable producer of laminated films and flexible packaging which excellently fits into Coveris’ portfolio and marks another step into the pet food sector.
