Due to Nestlé Purinas rising interest from 80 to 100 per cent, a new management team will take the lead of the German premium pet food producer Terra Canis. Terra Canis will still be managed autonomously.
From 1 April, the founder and current managing director Birgitta Ornau will step down remaining in the company in a advisory capacity.
Two co-directors with equal rights will succeed Ornau in the future. Thomas Reinarz will be in charge of personnel, IT and operations whereas Hubert Wieser takes interim responsibility for sales, marketing, product development and finance. He pointed out that “the concept of Terra Canis remains unchanged”.
