According to the latest announcement, the founder and managing director of Sera aquatics, Josef Ravnak, resigned from its managing duties on 1 February enrolling in advisory board.
Ravnak’s daughter, Michaela Ravnak-Bürschgens, suceeded in the management team by Holger Fiebiger in January 2021. The team gets assistance from Simon Gierlings (marketing and sales) and Christof Reiners (finance and administration).
The company was established in 1970 by Josef Ravnak and his wife Anny. Over the years, the couple could form the company to become one of the leading producers of food, care and technical products for aquariums, terrariums and garden ponds.
