Swedish pet food manufacturer Voff Premium Pet Food has just welcomed Peter Pritchard, Andrea Skersies, and Paul Miley as new members to its director’s board.
Peter Pritchard has formerly been CEO of Pets at Home and is still chairman of Arcaplanet’s administrative board.
Andrea Skersies has worked as CMO of Zooplus. She will serve as interim manager in e-commerce as well as pet-related affairs.
Having collected experience at the European Pet Food Industry Federation (FEDIAF) and Mars Petcare, Paul Miley continues to serve as an independent consultant in the industry.
Chairman of the board at Voff, Asbjørn Mosgaard Hyldgaard, emphasized his anticipation about the new recruitment. “All 3 new board members have extensive experience from different areas of the pet industry and will be able to provide strong support to the company in the coming phase of its growth journey,” he stated.
At the beginning of 2023, Anders Kristiansen was appointed the company’s new CEO. He suceeded Mårten Bernow who served as CEO since 2019.
