Pet food manufacturer Vafo Group has started a deeper cooperation with Swedish wholesaler Lupus Foder. The Czech manufacturer now holds a majority stake in Lupus Foder and intends to further establish its position as Scandinavian market leader.
The acquisition follows a 10-years cooperation. Tobias Andersson, Helena Hallström, and Svante Larsson still hold a minority stake and continue to work as managers. They support improving the company’s position in the Swedish market
