According to the Italian industry magazine B2B.it, the UR Group has taken over the veterinary and pet food enterprise Fidovet. The Italian company, which concentrates on software and digital offers and owns more than 50 Petfarm stores, intends to enter the pet industry.
Acquiring Fidovet, the UR Group is following a 5-year-old project stocking pet stores with several pet medicines. In 2023, the company shall also start a franchise project with Petfarm. One can find corresponding offers at www.petfarmfranchising.it.
