United Petfood has entered the U.S. market by purchasing a production facility in Mishawaka, Indiana, from Wellness Pet Company, marking its first factory in the U.S. This acquisition is a pivotal step in solidifying its presence in the U.S. market, said Elodie Fleury, United Petfood vice president Americas. United Petfood, which specializes in private labeling pet food, operates facilities in multiple countries and sells in more than 95 countries worldwide. Wellness Pet Company, transitioning production to another facility, is pleased with the smooth transition for its team members.
