Pet food manufacturer United Petfood acquired ‘la Braconne’ factory of Neodis Group located in Mornac reinforcing its position as private label pet food manufacturer and providing a big variety of on-site made products.
“The acquisition of this pet food factory based in Mornac, near Angoulême, offers us new opportunities for growth and synergy in a fast moving market”, stated the board of directors.
Since 1976 around 50 employees run the high-quality factory ‘la Braconne’ that produces dry pet and dog food.
Due to the takeover, United Petfood Group now acts in 20 production sites in eight different countries in Europe intending to increase the businesses growth.
