Partner in Pet Food (PPF) has partnered with Brenmiller Energy Ltd. to utilize low-carbon steam in its operations by implementing Brenmiller’s bGen™ ZERO system at PPF’s Dombovar plant. This $5 million project aims to reduce PPF’s carbon footprint and energy costs under a 12-year Heat as a Service (HaaS) agreement. PPF produces over 700,000 tons of pet food annually and distributes to more than 400 retailers across 35 European countries. The partnership supports PPF’s goal to reduce emissions by 42% by 2030, while also offering grid balancing services in Hungary.
