Nestlé Purina PetCare Europe has unveiled its 2024 Unleashed by Purina Accelerator Lab, selecting eight innovative pet industry startups from around the world. These startups, from countries like France, Canada, and Singapore, offer a diverse range of solutions, from at-home pet diagnostics to sustainable pet food proteins. During the 20-week Unleashed program, these companies will benefit from business support, expert coaching, and commercial insights, along with funding of up to £44,600 ($56,481 USD) each. Notably, Paris-based Arbiom is part of the selected startups, known for its sustainable protein alternative, SylPro, which recently secured a €14 million grant for its production facility in France. This program marks the fifth cohort by Purina, with 33 startups having benefited from it to date.
