Mars Petcare has announced leadership changes within its Veterinary Health and Science & Diagnostics divisions. Nefertiti Greene, currently president of Mars Science & Diagnostics, will become the global president of Mars Veterinary Health in December 2024, overseeing 70,000 associates. Katie Devine, a seasoned executive from Johnson & Johnson, will succeed Greene as global president of Mars Science & Diagnostics on Oct. 21. Both leaders will report to Loïc Moutault, president of Mars Petcare, who expressed confidence in their ability to drive the next phase of growth and innovation in the pet health sector.
