Penparc Pet Centre Group was acquired by the Brititsh pet retailer Jollyes. Jollyes purchased the five stores in Cannock, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, West Bromwich and Telford. Supported by Kester Capital and HSBC.
After another store opening in Southport, Jollyes now operates 80 stores. The company has already planned the opening of 7 more stores across the UK and is on the way to open the promised 20 new stores by May 2023.
