Fressnapf has restructured its headquarters in Krefeld, Germany, to create an international support center that will strengthen local teams across Europe as part of its growth strategy. The company aims to better address local customer needs by transferring more decision-making power to regional offices while streamlining central functions in Krefeld. This reorganization involves minor adjustments to management roles and team structures, impacting less than one percent of the workforce. Additionally, Fressnapf’s growth strategy includes recent acquisitions, such as Arcaplanet in Italy, supported by its first capital market financing initiative, where it raised €800 million through an unsecured bond.
