The pet retailer Fressnapf has presented the Future Store generation, a new store concept that will be established across Europe during the upcoming years. Customers shall obtain a greater shopping experience by improved interaction and guidance.

“The new concept is intended to elevate Fressnapf to a new level,” stated Oliver Windhaus, vice president of corporate store design, who is responsible for the new design.

The company has opened its first Fressnapf XXL store in Krefeld last year in summer. Since then the team has developed the idea and opened more pilot stores in other cities.
