Due to below-normal rainfall in Midwest US, this year is the driest crop year since 2012. Although, general crop conditions have even been worse than 2012, perhaps corn crop can be saved with July rain because pollination has just started. Also, soybeans might recover since the moisture-sensitive time begins in late summer.
