In accordance with the company’s supervisory board, CEO and co-founder of Zooplus Cornelius Patt resigns from his position in the enterprise. Though, he will remain in his role until the management has agreed on a successor.
Furthermore, Kate Swann (former CEO of WH Smith) and Stefan F. Heidenreich (former CEO of Beiersdorf) will work in the company’s supervisory board with effect from May 19.
