At the 2024 Innovation Awards held during FI Europe, Cargill emerged as a standout, winning the Future Foodtech Innovation award for its Indulgence Redefined confectionery alternative and the Pet Food Innovation award for a cutting-edge ingredient supporting gut health and vitality in pets.
Other winners included ADM for its health-focused postbiotic ES1, AAK for empowering women in shea sustainability, Avebe for its plant-based coating solution, GEA Process Engineering for advanced freeze-drying technology, and Bunge for its dairy fat alternative Beleaf Plantery. Agronutris and Novonesis were also recognized for their achievements in diversity and sensory innovation, respectively.
