According to latest statistic, Britians increased their consum of vet and pet products during the last two years.

The global payment business published a report determined an increase of 29.1% between December 2020-November 2021 compared to the period December 2018-November 2019.

Jose Carvalho, Head of Consumer Products at Barclaycard, traced that increase back to the time the Britains stayed at home.

In 2021, card transactions in the UK in stores rose 11.1% and online 87.7%.

The American Pet Products Association revealed that pet parents spent 35% more for their pets in the past year. Overall purchases of pet products in the US and Canada rose by 143% as of June 2021.
