Bunge has expanded its portfolio to include pea and faba protein concentrates, complementing its soy protein concentrate offerings. In collaboration with Golden Fields, Bunge will produce these concentrates at a new factory in Liepaja, Latvia. These new products are non-GMO, allergen-free, and sustainably produced using dry-fractionation. The addition of soy, pea, and faba protein concentrates enhances Bunge’s portfolio, allowing for customized solutions across the food, pet, and feed sectors.
