This innovation aims to provide sustainable, high-quality, and ethical nutrition for both human and pet consumption, marking a significant step toward environmentally friendly food production. The company’s cultivated meat uses a nutrient-rich, animal-free medium to grow animal cells under controlled conditions, reducing contamination risks and eliminating the need for antibiotics and hormones. Compared to traditional farming, this method minimizes land use, waste contamination, and greenhouse gas emissions. Registered with the European Feed Materials Register, the cultivated meat is already being integrated into the European pet food market. With plans to scale production to 500 kilograms daily by 2025, Bene Meat Technologies is on track to become a leading global supplier of cultivated meat for the pet food industry.
