Accapi, the European distribution partner for outdoor dog brand Ruffwear, revealed its plans for expansion in Europe.
David Drachmann- Sunne will enter the company as European Sales Director being responsible for new business opportunities in the DACH countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and the Nordics.
The new Director of Marketing of the British group, Natalie Sullivan, will be accountable for increasing the demand and strengthening its own brand Ruffwear.
“This growth and the further strengthening of our core team in Europe is a key step in more Ruffwear consumers becoming fans of the brand for life and our excellent levels of service, trail-tested product warranty, and inspiring stories of dogs and their humans living their best lives outdoors is key to that success,” said Managing Director Rob Hughes.
In 2021, Accapi could register a sales increase of 64% because of the brand’s “significant growth” in the UK, DACH, Nordics and French-speaking areas.
