The Nutriment Company (TNC), a European premium pet food brand, has made its entry into the Spanish market by acquiring Puromenu, marking its third acquisition in 2025. Puromenu, founded by Magda Kayali and Raul Zamorano in 2014, specializes in Biologically Appropriate Raw Food (BARF), fresh-cooked meats, and supplements formulated with natural ingredients. The deal aligns with TNC’s strategy to expand its presence in fast-growing markets and offer high-quality, natural pet nutrition solutions. CEO Anders Kristiansen emphasized that Puromenu’s philosophy closely aligns with TNC’s vision, strengthening its foothold in Spain. Additionally, TNC will participate in Iberzoo+ProPet in Madrid from February 26 to 28 to showcase its expanding portfolio.
