Supertails, a leading Indian pet care brand, has opened its first physical clinic in Bengaluru, staffed exclusively by Fear Free Certified veterinarians to create a stress-free experience for pets. Co-founder Vineet Khanna emphasized the need for compassionate veterinary care, addressing the widespread lack of regular vet visits among India’s 38 million pets. The 2,500-square-foot facility offers specialized waiting areas, an on-site pharmacy, diagnostic labs, and stress-reducing tools. Head veterinarian Dr. Swathi Hareendran highlighted the clinic’s focus on minimizing pet anxiety to improve health outcomes. Supertails, which also provides digital pet services, plans to open three more clinics in Bengaluru within the next three months and expand nationwide.
