Purina is investing £150 million into its Wisbech, England factory, which produces over 1 billion wet pet food meals annually. The investment will modernize production lines, improve energy efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions, with upgrades continuing through 2025. As part of this initiative, Purina has hired 40 new operators and is upskilling its existing workforce of over 600 employees. The company aims to ensure long-term sustainability while supporting the local community and enhancing its production capabilities.
