Petmark takes over 34 stores of Maxi-Zoo

In order to fulfill the Italian cartel office’s instruction regarding the fusion of Arcaplanet an Fressnapf Italia, Petmark has taken over 34 Maxi-Zoo stores. There have not been disclosed any further details of the deal.

For 30 years now, Petmark is active on the Italian market operating 18 stores in northern Italy inclusive of Turin, Brescia and Milan’s surroundings.
