Packaged Feeds has joined forces with FreezeM to integrate PauseM, a black soldier fly (BSF) neonate solution, into its insect farming operations. This collaboration aims to streamline Packaged Feeds’ modular rearing systems, which transform organic waste into sustainable protein. Initially sourced from Germany, PauseM will later be produced in a dedicated UK breeding hub to meet rising market demand. Sales Director Adam Bensusan emphasized the partnership’s role in improving efficiency and scalability, while FreezeM CEO Yuval Gilad highlighted its potential to revolutionize BSF farming with a decoupled breeding approach.
