Musti Norge AS, a subsidiary of Musti Group, has acquired a 40% stake in Petrus Veterinærer AS through a share subscription agreement. Petrus, which operates two profitable veterinary clinics in Norway, reported a turnover of 13 million NOK in 2023. Musti Group CEO David Rönnberg highlighted the move as a strategic step to enhance services for Norwegian pet owners and leverage Petrus’ strong customer satisfaction to deliver greater value.
