Mera Tiernahrung, a German pet food manufacturer, has announced the acquisition of Fresco Dog Foods along with its retailer Fresco Shop & Franchise.
Fresco Dog Foods had to face some severe issues lately. The company bowed out the business from the USA. Founder Reiner Hauf aimed to concentrate on a „growing business in Germany“ but needed to propose a motion for self-administration in December.
Any further details of the deal have not been disclosed.
