Kemin Industries has introduced PROSIDIUM™, a cutting-edge feed pathogen control solution, at VIV Asia in Bangkok. This novel peroxy acid-based formula has been in development for several years and is designed to help mitigate risks from pathogens like Salmonella in animal feed. According to Kemin CEO Chris Nelson, the product integrates the strengths of organic acids and formaldehyde-based treatments to enhance feed biosecurity. Group President Stefaan Van Dyck emphasized the company’s commitment to improving food safety and animal health through innovative research. PROSIDIUM has already received regulatory approval in Brazil and South Asia, with approvals pending in multiple global markets.
