Hsu, with nearly 25 years at Colgate-Palmolive, joined Hill’s in 2018 and most recently served as executive vice president of global innovation and growth. During her tenure, she led the company’s brand strategy, innovation, digital transformation, and analytics, significantly contributing to the 2025 strategic plan. Hsu holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Cornell University.
