Bühler will contribute its expertise in developing equipment for sustainable food solutions, while Ever After Foods provides its proprietary edible packed-bed (EPB) technology for commercial-scale manufacturing. Ian Roberts, CTO at Bühler, emphasized that this collaboration will help address the global food supply challenges by meeting the rising demand for alternative proteins.
