Ian Roberts, CTO at Bühler, emphasized that this collaboration will help address the global food supply challenges by meeting the rising demand for alternative proteins. Eyal Rosenthal, CEO of Ever After Foods, highlighted the importance of shifting away from pharmaceutical-based methods to food-specific technologies for cultivated meat.
