dsm-firmenich has opened a new Animal Nutrition & Health premix and additives manufacturing plant in Egypt, aimed at meeting growing demand from livestock farms and feed millers. The facility, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons, will produce vitamins, minerals, and innovative feed additives for customers across Egypt, the Middle East, Southern Europe, and Africa. According to Ivo Lansbergen, president of animal nutrition and health, the plant supports sustainable farming, improves production efficiency, and reduces environmental impact. The strategically located facility will enhance dsm-firmenich’s production capabilities and create new job opportunities in the region.
