According to its latest announcement, the Italian competition authority has requisitioned new documents. The authority investigates the effect of the fusion between Arcaplanet and Maxi Zoo on the Italian pet industry market.
In the released paper, the authority alleges that the information provided on 19 and 26 October is not complete and outdated. The new information, released on 30 November, could change the situation that is subject of the proceedings.
According to the bulletin, the authority regards “a new, accurate and complete disclosure” as necessary.
